We provide a one-year warranty that all our products will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing, under normal use and proper handling. Return for replacement within: 6 months Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging and include all components. Contact our customer support team at support@snappower.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Refunds: You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it for a refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees may apply. You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We stand behind our products and always do our best to care for our customers. If your order exceeds 30 days, you may be eligible for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonÂrefundable.
